Bingo

Bingo is a very fun and popular game that is played by individuals of all ages. It is a game of chance, with no skill involved at all. However, it is very important to pay attention to your cards. Missing a number on your card can result in not getting paid for a game you won. Once the next number is called, no Bingo will be paid out of previous numbers. The rule of thumb is the winner must have the last number called on the winning card to be valid.

Bingo cards are in small squares with the letters B,I,N,G,O in a line. Under each letter is five numbers, except in the N column. In this particular column, a free space is in the middle of the column on every Bingo card. There are fifteen possible numbers for each letter. All seventy five numbers are written on a separate ball in a big machine. The balls pop to the top at random and are called out one at a time.

There are many types of Bingo games. Generally, the player pays for a certain amount of cards, and each game has a specified payout. The games can be straight Bingo which is a line of five numbers or four numbers and the free space. Anyway Bingo allows for five numbers in any line or diagonal. You can also win by having all four corners completed or a pattern of the big or little diamond. Other Bingo games consist of a letter pattern or shape.

The jackpot games of Bingo generally involve a blackout game, which means every number on your card has been called. Sometimes the jackpot amount is guaranteed to the first person to do this. Other jackpot games require the winner to get all the numbers covered by the time a certain amount of numbers have been called. Otherwise, the game continues for a lower cash payout. Progressive games that continue on a regular basis until someone wins in a certain amount of numbers is very popular. The jackpot continues to increase until someone wins, then it goes back to the minimum, slowly growing again over time.
